In a dominant display, the China Women’s U17 national team secured a comprehensive 3-0 victory over their Indian counterparts in a U17 Women’s Asian Cup quarter-final match on May 11 in Beijing.
Huang Qinyi opened the scoring in the 38th minute, expertly finishing a pass from Liu Yuxi. Liu Yuxi then doubled the lead from the penalty spot in the 4th minute of first-half stoppage time. The scoring was completed in the 90th minute when Cheng Wandi set up Li Qixian to make it 3-0.
The win marked a strong performance for the young Chinese side, advancing them further in the tournament.
